Footprint
- 2022: Bagged an order for 72kA rectifier system from Ralayaseema group under execution.
- 2021: Working on solar power feeding the railway grid through our MNC channel partner.
- 2020: Installed 50MW of solar inverters in Telangana through our channel partner BHEL.
- 2020: Successfully executed a Turnkey contract from Heavy Water Board for a 36kA rectifier system for their nuclear grade sodium.
- 2019: Large shipment of predictive STATCOM for Australia, again a first time in the world then.
- 2018: Container load of STTCOM / INVERTER for Turkey Rail through one of our MNC Clients
- 2017: Awarded “MOST INNOVATIVE ODM COMPANY” by SILICON INDIA
- 2010: ITW SIGNODE, a fortune 200 company successfully designed and installed a single phase power supply for 0-200V, 10000Amp, for a continuous process for 24759 + 2 running for 12 years.
- 2007: Built the World’s then largest inverter, a 4 quadrant power supply (12000Amp, 250V) for plasma control in Tokamak reactor
- 2005 : Probably the world’s first temperature controller which will “Auto Sense” the input type ( J/K/Pt-100)
- 2004 : Build the world’s largest inverter of 12,000 Amps; 0-100 Hz random for a research organization. Not only this, but we achieved a current rate of change of 1.7 MA/Sec
- 2003 : Partnered ER & DCI (currently CDAC) & IISc Bangalore in manufacturing of India’s first 3-level STATCOM of 500 kVA.
- 2002 : Successfully build a subsystem of 1100V/135 Amps switched power module (SPM) as a building block for 0-80 kV/135 A HV supply.
- 2001 : Developed IGBT Driver with true current sensing & high speed gate inhibition to effectively demonstrate that with normal minimal inductance Vcedsat never gets triggered.
- 2000 : Developed a IGBT based 0-160V/100 Amps power supply with a rise time of < 10µSec. A paper on which appeared in SOFE
- 1994 : In a process instrument, we made all our inputs fault protected upto 240V AC/Dc including 4-20 mA input and 24 V Dc output.
- 1981 : Obviating the need of trimming pot, developed and implemented the concept of digital calibration.
- 1980 : Working with the 1st processor we hard learned the need of a watchdog timer and implemented it when it was not available elsewhere.
- 1979 : We were first one to build a Blind Temperature controller with a thermocouple reverse protection.
